I hate doing this, but I've given this place several attempts and while the food is good, the service is terrible. I love the lady liberty pizza and even tried getting it as take out once to avoid dealing with the lack of service, but man.... not worth it. They had 5 workers at the front, all chatting and texting and two other people walked in with me and no one helped us. The two others were door dashers and they had to ask twice to be helped. Hey folks, I've been on the hunt for some good pizza in the houston area. And this place has got some good pizza. Lets start with the pros of this place. First off. The customer service was incredible. We were seated, and maybe 10 minutes went by, and the waiter 6 to get our drinks. So we ask for the waiter and the manager comes over and profusely apologizes and explains there was some kind of confusion. Outstanding from entrance to the food to the service and after! This is how a restaurant should be run. The host I believe Liz (apologies if incorrect) said hello with a smile and seated us promptly. After that Haley came and took great care of us. She even kept a timer for my friend who was waiting to eat at 730. The orders came out on time and food was delicious! Thank you so much for your recommendations but most of all service with a smile! Would recommend this place to everyone.
