Really good appointment, made everything really clear and made me more confident in having work done on my teeth.
This is a great dental practice. Simon is a fantastic dentist and has a really calm friendly manner. The practices processes are very patient friendly - I left my last dentist (Westbury Smiles) because I felt like i was treated as a profit opportunity not a valued customer. I’d throughly recommend Parry’s Lane.
I've attended the Special Dental & Implant Centre for the second time after being recommended by my Dentist. Each appointment has been prearranged without any problems, and excellent communication has been had throughout by either phone call, text message or email. After my first visit, a discussion was had about possible treatment, cost and expected outcome. My second appointment was today. I have had truly excellent service in the last week from Suzanne (as ever) and Dr Jane (whom I had not met previously but who undertook an extraction with great care and kindness).
