Cory installed a replacement opener today. The office notified of his ETA, he explained timeline and finished, then programmed the car remote. All done, great work and clean-up. Parry's is the best in the business IMHO.
They do great work here, good job guys.
I was very disappointed on how the unit was assembled. Major support and weight for the rail was put together very poorly. The technician only used one self tapper screw to hold the support bracket and railing to the wall. Therefore snapping the hardware bracket so someone can come in for service within days. Shady work is not commended and people will talk on shady installations and applications reminds me of a shady mechanic shop.
Avoid them. Customer service is not their strength. I’ve been trying to coordinate the installation of a garage door opener since October. We finally agree on a day with a service window from 11am to 3 pm. I called to gauge ETA at 1 pm, only to be told that arrival will be between 3. - 6 pm. I would have not known this unless I called and, given that I had to re-arrange my work schedule to accommodate the time range that THEY set originally , I am not able to wait for them at home until 6. Bill came in today and told me what the problem was with my garage door opener. Give me a price for fixing it and did not try to sell me anything else. Great job Parry's.
