I'm not sure if it's a Cadillac issue but I also had a issue as the person below with loss of power in my Cadillac Escalade. It was a Sunday and nothing was open - The worse way to end a wonderful cottage weekend (scrambling to get back home). Luckily, I had a really great local tow truck company (Constable Towing) tow it to Parry Sound Chev and drop the keys in the drop box while I sort out another night of stay. I contacted dealership today after my Cadillac had technical problems. Dealership stated they wouldn’t have anything to do with my problem. . Stated I had to take my vehicle to a Cadillac dealer in Bracebridge. I have never been so disappointed with a car company in my life, I find it hard to believe anyone in the right mind would buy a car from this company. Will be contacting Cadillac Canada tomorrow,
Excellent service department They were very helpful with my issue. I had a check engine light up on my way north and reduced acceleration message They scanned my truck for codes and said if they had that part in stock they’d replace it for me right there. That’s how every service should be
