Booked an oil change. Appointment was on time and completed promptly
So yesterday I had an emergency with a very loud metal on metal sound coming from my rear right tire I called ParrySound Chevrolet Buick GMC and Jess was able to get me in that afternoon and back on the road by 5 o’clock. It was only through their care and willingness to help solve my dilemma so last minute.
Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. Never had any problems but instead they were helpful in solving problems.
