Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive acts and Practices This firm is the walking poster child on how to violate UDAaP laws. Don't be like them. Unfair - This firm is suing me for medical bills. Bills I was never sent. I have asked for copies of the bills. I have asked over the phone. I have asked in writing. I have asked in my court response. I have filed a CFPB complaint. I was contacted regarding a debt and felt pressured into agreeing to payment terms I could not realistically afford. I offered a smaller monthly payment and was told it would not be accepted. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and stressful.

I spoke to Bill and he said “I was gonna give you a discount but now I’m not” I got a good laugh. You can tell Bill absolutely hates his job from the second he answers the phone acting all melancholic. Primus Law tells them to give “discounts” so they don’t feel bad about screwing people. These people don’t have your best interest and neither does Ogden Clinic.
