I had a debt from a gas bill at a house where I used to live. I had completely forgotten about that bill and didn’t pay it. Thanks to Primus Law, they called me and I became aware of it. I did everything I could to pay my debts quickly, and Primus helped me and were understanding of my situation. I’m grateful to the Primus Law team.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away I’ve had an awful experience trying to resolve a billing issue that was never sent to my insurance. I had been actively working with Express Recovery, only to find out they handed my account over to Primus Law—despite my ongoing efforts to resolve the matter. I get that debt collection is a tough line of work—and being on the other side of it isn’t any easier. But that doesn’t excuse the consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior I experienced with every single person at this law office. Not once did I feel treated with basic human decency. If you're thinking about hiring this firm to handle your collections, just know: you're not solving a problem—you’re making enemies. Their approach seems built on hostility, not resolution. Absolutely awful experience.
