EDIT: They're taking me to court and I have to show my receipts AGAIN. This company must be a nightmare to work for, Jared you are an angel! I'm not paying a non-existent debt. I reached out nearly a year ago and they told me the debt was resolved because I showed a receipt. I wamt this company to stop harassing me, I've asked to be on do-not-call multiple times and now they're sending me letters. This debt doesn't even have my name on it!!
I would give ZERO if I could. Me and my husband has a plethora of medical debt, we do our best to pay and keep things in order and everyone so far works with us on our terms and makes a payment plan that doesn’t strap our day to day lives, seeing we have three young boys we are taking care of on top of trying our best to not drowned in Medical Debt. Would give 0 stars if optional, trying to speak with the lady on the phone was harder then pulling teeth, let alone this whole thing is a joke and a way to harass people further for no reason or for serious medical procedures that they sent the bill to the wrong address as they would not fix it. 0 stars do and be better. Edit: Make sure to ask for a Jared he was helpful and explained everything so raising the review. I'm glad he was not just rude and demeaning as other agents have been to my wife and I. Thank you.
