I understand working with people's bills and collections is not great but there is a level of professionalism that should still be expected and no matter what people need to be treated with kindness and respect. Absolute worst place and people to deal with, unresponsive, rude, short tempered even if you're trying to be kind. Sorry you all hate your jobs and your lives, try not to take it out on the people you're screwing over though.
I was in the process of moving, and in just a couple of weeks, my bill was sent to collections. The whole experience was a nightmare. It was assigned to one person, Jackie, and after several rounds of phone tag, I finally reached her. She told me a summons had been issued over a $200 bill. Needless to say, I’ll be going out of my way to avoid the Ogden Clinic in the future.
If I could leave less than one star, I would. I understand that working with collections probably isn't "fun" or easy, and that they might deal with difficult or stressed-out people regularly. However, that does not excuse the complete lack of empathy I experienced from Dale. This situation was already incredibly stressful, and in this case, not even my fault, and Dale made it significantly worse.
