Heartless! I'm having health issues and trying to get caught up with my bills in this insane economy. I'm literally living paycheck to paycheck and I asked them to wait till October when I would have a better handle on everything or to lower the amount they will be taking out of my check so I can still pay my bills and they refuse. I'm going to be homeless and unable to feed myself or my daughter because of their unwillingness to work with me!

I was contacted regarding a debt and felt pressured into agreeing to payment terms I could not realistically afford. I offered a smaller monthly payment and was told it would not be accepted. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and stressful.
