Pete’s crew did a great job of installing our Fujitsu mini-split heat pump system at our new build cottage 6 years ago, but Parry Air’s after sales service is brutal! Called their office on October 2, 2024 to ask for service based on a 10-1 code flashing on the system - no refrigerant. No immediate call back so I sent an email. Did respond and sent a couple of guys the next day - they called a Fujitsu rep, confirmed it was it was a loss of refrigerant, pressure checked the system, refilled it with refrigerant and I was bille... read more
Fujitsu system. error code a-1 -NO HEAT. 8 hours times two persons being on the phone with Fujitsu support. $826 bill . Problem not resolved. Actual fix - NO REFRIGERANT.
Unprofessional and rude do not use.
Pete and is team responded quickly to our request for a ductless AC and heating solution for our cottage. Their detailed assessment, timely quote and ability to schedule the install within days separated them from the rest. In addition the Fujitsu unit they installed is the most highly rated for performance and reliability on the market.
