From the first representative to the last, everyone was professional and pleasant. The job was finished as described and on time. We have now used Parrot for two of our houses and will not hesitate if we needed them on future properties. Would highly recommend their services.

Overall, we are pleased with the job done! William Gray clearly explained the work needed and was available for any questions we had. The crew, led by Brandon and assisted by Jordan & Reid, did a great job and were professional, courteous and careful. We found the billing & accounting process to be a little cumbersome, requiring several phone calls to get things straight.
