I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and the work done by Parrot Structural. The crew did an excellent job and explained the process step by step. Easy to work with and it was clear they are highly trained and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Very efficient and friendly. Worked hard the whole time to get the job done in a timely manner and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Will use them again if need arises.

Overall, we are pleased with the job done! William Gray clearly explained the work needed and was available for any questions we had. The crew, led by Brandon and assisted by Jordan & Reid, did a great job and were professional, courteous and careful. We found the billing & accounting process to be a little cumbersome, requiring several phone calls to get things straight. I highly recommend William Gray of Parrot Structural Services, LLC. After getting an outrageous quote from a “big box” foundation company, Mr Gray came and evaluated my home’s foundation. He assured me the big box company’s recommendation was bogus and that my home needs no structural repairs. I even hired an independent structural engineer who confirmed Mr Gray’s findings. Mr Gray’s honesty is admirable and very much appreciated!
