Overall, we are pleased with the job done! William Gray clearly explained the work needed and was available for any questions we had. The crew, led by Brandon and assisted by Jordan & Reid, did a great job and were professional, courteous and careful. We found the billing & accounting process to be a little cumbersome, requiring several phone calls to get things straight. I highly recommend William Gray of Parrot Structural Services, LLC. After getting an outrageous quote from a “big box” foundation company, Mr Gray came and evaluated my home’s foundation. He assured me the big box company’s recommendation was bogus and that my home needs no structural repairs. I even hired an independent structural engineer who confirmed Mr Gray’s findings. Mr Gray’s honesty is admirable and very much appreciated!
Great company! We have a pool where the pool wall was dropping and had to be rebuilt. The whole experience from talking with Meredith, William and Clayton gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing. Our brick, front steps had settled over 25 years leaving the top step a good 2 1/2 inches higher than the others. We looked at several options including tearing them down and rebuilding them to helical anchors. We talked to other foundation repair companies and brick masons. Parrot was there on time and the best option and cost. The work was performed professionally and has held up over time. Give these people a chance to get your business.
