New owner Jay is amazing.
This review is over do, as I brought my 1996 Seadoo Challenger boat here to be serviced last year. Even though my boat is in great shape, no other service center would touch it, but Parrot Bay gladly took the job. I needed new throttle cables which are extremely difficult reach and replace. They had to make a few sea trials to ensure the adjustments were correct. It was an expensive job, but the staff here really worked their butts off to get a nightmare job done. Thanks Parrot Bay.
Called them No answer It says on the phone that the hours are Saturday 8:30-5 I show up at 4 and it’s closed Disgusting!!!
