Terrific work, great outcome. Alan came out to analyze my HVAC system after hurricane Ian damage and he determined what it needed, repaired & got it up and running in a very timely manner. After some extremely cold & very warm temperatures, we were very glad to have our system up and running. Alan was very honest & straightforward. His troubleshooting was very thorough, and complete. He knows what he is doing. Very positively impressed. BTW, he also did an excellent job installing a new system for my neighbor.

I contacted Parrot Air on two occasions, once when my AC unit stopped working and another time for a simpler duct maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. The unit was up and running in no time and I also learned how to do some basic maintenance of my own. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
