The tech replied promptly and courteously to our home. For some reason we weren't getting any cold air even though the air conditioning units were on. He discovered the problem immediately. Some of the ducts had come apart over the years due to duct tape drying out. And one of the air conditioners needed new Freon. He knew exactly what to do and repaired our system promptly.
