Will not recommend to anyone. Blamed me for misdiagnosis of mini split controller. Paid for a new controller choice he recommended. Then he would not credit me for the cost of the controller when it turned out to be incompatible. Failed to provide and install main air conditioner duct cover and installation of ducting. Very disappointing and still waiting for return of the controller so I can try to sell it.
We had a great experience with Alan. He came to our house and gave us a quote the same day we asked for one. We signed a contract a couple of days later and he installed our new AC a couple of days after that. He showed up on time…actually earlier and had it installed in no time. Then checked back later on to make sure we were cool and comfortable. (We were!) We highly recommend Parrot Air
