Had a hygienist appointment with Jide and was absolutely amazing, so friendly, and previously gave me so much good advice, highly recommend, thank you so much!
If you are a nervous patient do not come here. They pride themselves on helping ease your anxiety but I’ve never had that with them. And I want to point out that the girls that work there are amazing and they’re not at fault but dr Rik is always very patronising and belittles, I dreaded every time he walked in. I don’t have perfect teeth and I’m aware but I don’t need a telling off as a grown woman when I’m paying for all treatment myself. I haven’t been happy with my experience at Parrock, but didn’t intend on leaving a bad review. But today after completing treatment several months ago I’ve had another negative, frustrating experience. I have been attending this dental practice for three years for Invisalign treatment, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing.
