Initial impressions good, friendly but when had issue (new roof letting water in), slow to respond. Said had fixed, but have not, now have seriously damaged eaves and responsiveness still sluggish at best. Can't be trusted to do what say they will.
Great company to deal with. Friendly and efficient service with knowledgeable tradespeople. Highly recommend.
Terrible drivers. I imagine their work is rushed and customer service is aggressive.
Terrible installation, damaged ridge cappings, damaged and buckled flashings all over my roof! Rusted guttering and windows from them not cleaning off the metal swarf shavings! When asked several times via email to confirm if builder had in fact advised them owner keeps fobbing it off saying that the roofing manager is on holidays! He can't be on holidays for 18 months. Worst.plumbers.ever. They don't even seem to understand that water runs downhill. Do not use.
