Eric and team are the absolute best, nice to have mechanic that is considered family!
I have had nothing but good experiences at this local automotive shop. My first experience was with a quote to repair my Toyota RAV4 which needed a Wheel bearing and hub assembly replacement. I asked for a quote to replace the 2 front assemblies. Eric asked me why I was wanting both replaced. I said that I had been told by several shops to replace both since the other one would fail also. Beyond just being competent, a very important thing to know about this shop is that they are honest and not looking to get over on you. We asked about one issue that had been plaguing the car and were quoted how much it would take to for them to fix it for us, but then in the same sentence they happily informed us that it was a known-issue that there was a recall on and the dealership should handle it for free. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. If you are trying to find a great mechanic that will not swindle you...go to Parrish. They do absolutely everything here too.
