Overall the staff are good to work with. The challenge I have is the lack of quality and safety standards on a used trailers. I would not recommend purchasing a used trailer from them. I drove off the lot and before i even got home noticed the tires are In extremely poor condition. I also got on the roof and found lots of places it needed to be re sealed. They shouldn’t have even left the lot. Extremely disappointed.
First off I want to say, this team here is amazing. Ryan the sales manager and his team went out of their way to make sure our purchase was smooth and transparent. I’ve worked with dozens of RV dealerships over the years on multiple RV purchases , and have typically had to purchase out of state to get a fair deal and avoid paying the typical BS “fees.” These guys are family owned and operated and do it right. Ive bought 2 travel trailers from these guys in Payson and I have to say, Nick Ori who is one of there Finance guys has always gone out of his way to help me out. He is a great person and a valuable asset to Parris Rv in my opinion. 5 stars to Nick.
Jessica was amazing to work with. She showed us several different trailer. Never during the entire process did we ever feel pressure in to buying something. She is very knowledgeable. She worked with us on our trade in and got us a good deal. We can’t recommend PARRIS RV enough. From the minute we walked in the door looking until we signed papers was a breeze. We will definitely be using them again and recommended everyone to buy from PARRIS RV.
Excellent selection and service. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
