This is the first bad review I have ever left for any company. I bought 2 brand new Strykers from Parris RV. 1 last spring, 1 early summer. Both were purchased at full retail. Mid 60k each. I have had several problems with them including the generators not working on either trailer. I took one back the same day I picked it up. They refused to return my money or exchange trailers. Lived our experience buying our RV, but if you want them to service your RV - it's a nightmare.
Bought a great modern home!
I have to update any possible misleading reviews I have already given PAris Rv. After purchasing all the bells and whistles and a very expensive RV, I have been left for the dead. Every time I have called in with questions or for annual service, I am treated like a "sucker" (over charging for everything). Also, first time I brought trailer in for a service, they didn't fix half the stuff I requested, for real. I ended up paying a handy man to fix things, at half the price.
