We had been looking for a new fifth wheel trailer and struggled with some dealers and couldn’t find what we wanted with others. So we traveled up north to Parris RV and found our trailer and 2 amazing salesmen that helped us! Ted and Steve were amazing working together to get us our new trailer! The guy in financing (I can’t remember his name, sorry!) was wonderful to work with also! Great place, great experience and great price! Highly recommend these fine folks at Parris RV!!
We felt we got a great deal! Everyone were really nice and informative. We traveled from St.George and had to bring our dog. They were very understanding of that. She gets a little impatient sometimes unless it's helping with lunch lol
Would not recommend. Bought a Riverstone RV and have had tons of problems that the service department doesn’t care to help with. Trailer doesn’t even have power due to electrical problems and have spent thousands on repairs through an outside technician. Stay away from Parris RV because of their service department.
I would be so cautious to buy an RV from Parris RV. Seeing what my grandparents have been through with their Riverstone is so sad. The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE. They have no power in their RV that they live in due to a defected inverter that’s been replaced multiple times and they just don’t care anymore. Definitely stay away! If they can’t fix something after replacing the same thing 3 times maybe they should hire more qualified techs and replace the service manager that has no idea what he’s doing.
