My wife and I visited Paris RV in Payson to see about a new trailer and the people there are fantastic! Nick, one of the sales reps, was very knowledgeable about the products and helped answer every question we threw at him! I highly recommend Paris RV in Payson and Nick is our new go to guy!
From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed by Bailey at the front desk and she found me the best salesman I could have ever asked for, Ted. Ted NEVER pushed for an instant sale, he listened to what I wanted and was so patient with me until I found my home away from home!! Ruston sealed the deal and my 5th wheel now lives at my house!! Nick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Great experience and left with an amazing camper.
Great sales team but service center is terrible trying to get a replacement couch for a year and half. You call the service agent and they never call back. You are in the customer service business so be courteous and call back to resolve issues. I will not be a returning customer very unhappy with Payson service center.
