We bought a brand new RV travel trailer. Took it out for the first time and ended up going home early because there were so many problems. I got home with my new camper trailer and realized one of the jacks was zipped tied up. I’m sure glad that zip tie held on my drive home because the foot of the jack would definitely have come off. Not a big deal, as it seems like an easy fix. I called to have them send me a new part. I texted to have them send me a new part. I also emailed to have them send me a new part.
