I feel compelled to share my regrettable experience with Parris RV. While they offered a great purchase price, the post-purchase service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've had my RV for 15 months, and in that time, it has spent approximately three months at their service center. This has caused significant inconvenience for me as I live full time in my RV. I am completely disappointed about the customer service that I have received at Parris RV in Murray. I bought a Class C RV and was told at the time that the side mirror was broken, but not to worry, the parts had already been ordered. I took the RV home and discovered that the automatic leveling system did not work. Called the Murray location and asked for a quote on the Alliance 395DS. Salesman said he would get back to me. I had also sent a request to another store with happend to also be a Parris RV Location. Got a call back from the same salesman throwing a hissy fit about me contacting both locations in Murray Utah. He said all locations are the same and the price is the same! The issue started with the fact that Parris sells inferior products. I purchased a 2022 Bushwacker Plus. I was originally impressed with Parris as they replaced the water heater(leaked) and cleaned out the pump and water tank(had sawdust inside. can't imagine how this happened). On our second trip the water pump leaked and I had to have that repaired in the field. I ate the cost of that. Toward the end of the year, the interior began to fall apart. Parris RV will sell you an overpriced RV and laugh you out the door! When you need service or warranty work done (FORGET IT). They are incompetent and SLOW! Their service department is closed on Saturdays for reasons unknown. Most RV service dealers operate on Saturdays to keep up with the demand but not Parris. 100% dissatisfied with this dealership.
