Consistent lack of caring. You would think a pain management facility would be better equipped to handle the simple task of calling in a prescription. You have the option of leaving a message that will be ignored or calling 911. The staff is rude and there's high turnover. Save your time, money, and tears and find a facility that cares enough to at least answer the phone.
Dr Parris has been treating me for about maybe 9 years. I couldn’t fine anyone in Dallas, Odessa, Houston, San Angelo, Lubbock I’ve been all these places for help. He accepted me and put in medicine that really helped me and he doesn’t just give me medicine for no reason. He monitors my medicine make sure I don’t take too long and I really appreciate it. Kudos to Jesus for sending me his way!!!
