Living here is great and the staff is incredibly kind however, their reception/ concierge is absolute trash. No one is even at the desk half the time so good luck getting in if you forgot a fob. And your food deliveries/dog walking services/cleaning? Expect to have to go all the way down and buzz them in yourself despite paying for this “amenity”. So ya they have a fancy desk and a person that is actually there maybe 50% of the time so don’t rely on it.
