We purchased our Eternity Vigilante 19’6 from Parravans Newcastle in October 2024 and couldn’t be happier. We brought our eternity monument from Parravans almost 3 years ago. The service from the team is exceptional, special mentions to Ryan who goes above and beyond. The after market service and issues are resolved hassle free with in a reasonable time frame. We are very grateful for all your help in owning our first van.
After having our van for 2 trouble free years, I've had a couple of small electrical issues. I called in to see Ryan who was able to print off some information and gave me clear instructions on how to rectify my issue. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Much appreciated
Great customer service, and after sales questions etc had a couple of issues with our second hand van (new to us) Rang Sarah,who then put in touch with Ryan who guided through what I had to do all good now.
