Absolutely disgraceful experience. After completing a legitimate sale through this company, they have refused to release our funds without any reasonable explanation or timeline. We are left chasing our own money while they stonewall every attempt at communication. My husband and I found Parravans at the Newcastle show in February 2025. We found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They helped us with the purchase and customisation of our Roughrider design van. They were always willing to help and any answer any question we had. We had our first service in 2025 and they fixed some minor warranty issues that were most likely not even their fault but fixed them anyway without any fuss. I am extremely grateful to Wes and Kate at Parravans , for their kindness and understanding of my urgent need to replace my motorhome hatch before the pending rainclouds arrived. Within the hour of my call, they scheduled me in, within 2 hrs, my emergency repair was done.Such empathy and quick response are truly wonderful customer service which is a refreshing find. I highly recommend this business.i have some non urgent repairs and will be back as they were also very reasonable with costs.
