I can't say enough about the owner, Carlos, who accommodated us on an emergency, after we had a road break down, when it was very close to closing time. He took our rental on the road with my husband and determined that there was nothing to fix at that point. He also explained that the service light (a minor issue) should be taken to the rental office to address. Very nice man. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and his service center.

This company has the tendency of scamming elderly people. They have had my in laws car for a month and a half for a catalytic converter and one other problem that shouldn’t have taken more than two weeks. They also charged over $2000. We called them and they said they were driving the car around which makes me feel like they were just using it as a shop car. They ignore calls and refuse to give the car back.
