Momina is a breath of fresh air. No judgement from her, just a kind, patient, sounding board to vent and learn. Have had contact with other staff, and have found them willing to be as accessible as possible to helping me...just what I need! Highly recommend this caring team.
I had two session with a psychologist at this clinic and it was not great. However, that was 2 years ago. I am giving them this review because after 2 years and having no contact with this clinic, I received a call from them. I was at work and not able to pick up. They then breached my confidentiality and contacted my emergency contact, to ask whether or not I wanted to cancel an appointment with a psychologist I knew nothing about. Please please don’t attend this clinic. There are many professional and good clinics out there who will be much better help. I’d hate for anyone to go here and have an experience like mine. After seeing my psychologist for over a year the clinic called to say she was no longer practicing and offered no explanation or alternatives, leaving all of her clients in very vulnerable positions which is extremely disappointing and a horrible way to treat people generally let alone in a “professional” clinic. Clinic is small but personal. Love my psych, she's professional but has a great sense of humour and such a kind disposition. Her compassion and genuine care for her clients is palpable.
