Terrible service, we had our jeep cherokee in completely break down in december 2024 we called them to get the car repaired, they gave us a date to bring the car over and then they changed, we end up getting the car there in May of 2025, they charged in advanced more than 8 hours of labour just to diagnose eventhough we told them and showed them photos of the scan, on the next day they called us and told us that the car required mayor replacements and quoted for over 3k on the job. We also appreciated so much the support from the whole Parramatta Jeep Team who have made the whole car purchase process so effortless for us to “explore in the Jeep”. We are so happy to get “Jeep Ducking” too.
Very helpful during the whole purchase process. A little minus was the battery was not fully charged and a couple of small scratches on the interior but overall a good experience and really happy with the car.
