Absolutely terrible customer service at Jeep Parramatta. I’ve been calling for two weeks and still haven’t received a call back after leaving multiple messages. The AI receptionist is the worst system I’ve ever dealt with — it keeps transferring the call and then disconnects because no one answers. Completely unacceptable. Please fix your customer service and replace that AI receptionist. Worst experience ever.
Last year in September, I visited Jeep Parramatta, and that’s when I met Abdul — hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever come across!
