The customer service completely disregards the customer's concerns, unwilling to assist, only eager to end the call quickly. They need to learn how to communicate with customers, as they are rude and resistant.
Lots car on queue, If you need regular service for half days, go other place. If you are ok to wait whole day for regular service, you ok here.
If I could give zero I would. Don't take your car there for repair.
My daughter had a major engine problem with her car that should not happen when it's only done 59,000 k's. Mechanic who checked it over was great and informed us in a timely manner. Customer service is hopeless with claims and updating us as the customer with what's going on. No useful correspondance to use to take the matter further. Would never buy a Holden vehicle again beware our model is a 2017 Holden Astra and parts are obsolete already 6 years on.
