I've been to Parra BMW Service Center again for the second year service of my BMW IX3. I have reported an issue which I was told that they never seen before and have to raise with BMW Australia. Which I understand and happy to wait for them to come back. I was also advised that my tyres need replacing and told that I have different sizes in front and rear. But when I physically checked later all 4 of them got the same profile. I have then email back asking them to confirm the recommended tyre size for IX3, followed up again ... read more
Normally, I don’t write negative reviews, but I feel other BMW owners should be aware of my experience with Parramatta BMW. My car is BMW Premium Certified. I purchased it from Hornsby BMW in May 2026, and it currently has fewer than 10,000 km on the odometer. Every BMW Premium Certified vehicle comes with a Service Free Period for a minimum of six months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Extremely disappointing experience with Parramatta BMW Service Centre I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication at Parramatta BMW Service Centre. My vehicle was kept for more than 10 days, and throughout this time the communication was extremely poor. I had a very disappointing experience with Parramatta BMW service. My service advisor, Amit, provided misleading updates about my vehicle’s status, causing unnecessary frustration. I was also told the car was still “stripped” for easier repair, but later found it had been fully reassembled while I was still being charged the full repair price rather than the previously mentioned “stripped” rate.
