Terrible service They had van in for 5 days to fix a hose leak and do a service They rang told me said it’s ready only to find out once I went to pick it up that they haven’t serviced it after being told 3 times it needs a service. Had to wait almost 2 hours while they serviced it I Won’t be coming back
Weeks after the car was due to come back and I can't get a call back from the case manager. No form of correspondence and if you get somebody on the phone, all they do is say the person that never calls will call.. Apparently the manager gets CC'd on emails asking for a call but that doesn't change a thing. If you're planning to buy an LDV or MG with this as your local service centre, just buy another brand. To the mechanics credit, I’ve never had an issue in that respect. Their customer service is just non existent.
People great. Serice great but No communication once you leave… I needed to keep calling and chasing to see the progress of the repair. They had the LDV over a week and I would have like a call or any information of the progress which I never received.
They dont care at all...something can be avoided...but they choose to ignored and cause so much trouble for everyone else. Purchase and change car becos of the this service center.
