Good Service, timely delivery
I got my MG ZST serviced here a while ago and it was all good then other than them trying to upsell a service which wasn’t needed at all but today, when I called them to see if I can get my car checked on something and their response was pretty bad. No concern whatsoever, no courtesy. I saw the other reviews on here and I have to agree. Pretty bad customer service. Go to a different MG dealer.

Absolutely terrible service everytime we take it in for a service, they have had our car for over 2 weeks. We call and leave a message, no update or call back done. Can't wait to sell this car and never have it serviced at this place ever again. So much extra money spent on users whilst they have the car.
Absolutely horrible experience at LDV Homebush. Customer service is non-existent – rude on the phone and even hung up on me mid-conversation. The way they treat customers is disgraceful. On top of that, the so-called “warranty assessment” process comes with ridiculous lead times, like they’re doing you a favour just to look at the car. Avoid this place at all costs – plenty of other dealers who actually value their customers.
