I used the roadside assistance, care was taken away from where i live not closer. Then i was told they will LOOK at it in 3-4 weeks not fix it...Yet were able to quote me $280
Got the call from Jodie. She was lovely on the phone and service was completed on our vehicle well before expected time/date.
I had a disappointing experience with the service team. I booked an appointment for 10:30am but was told on arrival to return at 5pm, despite travelling from Penrith. I chose to wait in the lobby, and the service was completed at 12:30pm, which made the initial instruction confusing and inconvenient. Communication was also poor. Absolute joke of a company. Their customers mean nothing to them and they take us for fools. My car was taken in for a warranty issue almost 2 months ago and there’s been little to no communication at ALL. I was supposed to have a loan car organised for me and it’s been 3 weeks of silence since I was told I would get one. I work an hour drive away and MG have made my life absolute hell. Honesty, they’re really bad. I bought my MG from Five Dock, and when it was due for its service I was told it was a six week wait for a service. I took the car elsewhere. I returned to Homebush to collect something from the parts department. I walked up to a bitter and rude woman at the service desk, who you can tell just wasn’t interested. She made me stand there for approximately 2 minutes before looking up from her computer and said “YES” rather than hello, or good morning.
