I had the best experience at parra gowns from the moment I walked in, paula and her staff made me feel so comfortable and excited about finding my dress. Thank you for your response, however your version of events is not accurate. We attended your store to purchase the same dress we had previously selected in February. While we did not have a physical receipt, we clearly advised your staff that this was documented and should be on your system. Your team proceeded with the appointment and allowed my daughter to try the dress on without issue. The concern only arose when the price was discussed.
