Very welcoming, easy to check in with no wait. The young man who took my xrays was sweet and engaging and explained what he was going to do each time. Dr. Bicknell was warm and welcoming, asking me what I wanted for my future care instead of just telling me what needs to be done. He listened to everything I had to say, explained thoroughly the pros and cons to options I had coming up, and gave his opinion on my care without making me feel pushed towards one or the other. The dentist was very personable, as well as the office staff. I did have issues with my debit card that still have not gotten resolved, but other than that, I was happy with the service.
Thank you. You did a great job. My great granddaughter loved getting that surprise. She played with that game all the way home.
If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist I really recommend this place. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, understanding and compassionate.
