Lied to me about their lower grade fence boards “not being for sale anymore across ALL parr lumbers” just to sell me on higher end ones, mind you this is after they said they have them in stock then backtracked said Nevermind we don’t, I asked another parr lumber they laughed said no we never heard anything about not selling that specific grade anymore lol. They got me, but will never come here again.
Why is your company truck parking in my residential development for hours in Lakewood Commons, Smokey Point?
I came here Monday to get some lumber and hardware and had a terrible experience. I got Everything from 16 foot 4x8s to 2x6s. The guy at the front was helpful and had me go around to pick up my stuff. I drove up to a forklift driver and he told me to pull around to the customer area. I was the only customer there but I sat around for 25 mins while forklifts drivers drove all around me doing everything but making eye contact.
