Always helpful.
After waiting all day for delivery that never showed up I called office the secretary transfers me to endless ringing finally someone clicks in just to ask me if I can be put on hold. Anyway as i was not given a firm time on following day delivery I opted to come pick up myself. During this call very little accountability was taken on messing up delivery but i let it go. I had an excellent experience buying siding at Parr Lumber! The quality of the materials was great, and the customer service was outstanding. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
This review is for the people who work there. My son and I were in an accident right in front of this store a couple weeks ago, when our car was hit & totaled. We waited outside of PARR Lumber while the cops came and were in total shock. Multiple people came out of the store to check on us. They offered to let us wait inside, offered us tissues, brought us water, offered us hot chocolate, and let my son use the bathroom.
