Very happy with the Cardell cabinets but the kitchen planner made some major oversights.There was a lack of attention to detail that resulted is us having to use two smaller cabinets instead of one more efficient larger cabinet. There were some other errors that would make me triple check any plan they did for me. The cabinets, themselves, however, are beautiful.

Parr Cabinet Outlet has a decent amount of cabinets in stock and ready to go. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience with a special order. The net of it is, the sales person made a mistake on our order and we were expected to have to pay for his mistake. Obviously, this makes no sense whatsoever. As a customer, if I custom order cabinets based on wrong measurements that I submit to the retailer, would it be fair for me to expect the retailer to make up for my error after the cabinets are made and delivered? Some retailers can rebound quickly in a tough situation like this - and possibly regain a customer's confidence and future business. But from a customer service point of view - they handled our situation quite poorly. We'll take our business elsewhere next time... beware.
