Parr's provided an amazing service from start to finish with installing three heat pumps in our home. Andre evaluated our needs, explained the pros and cons of each option and provided a solution which suits our home and budget. We compared 4 firms and Parr's stood out. We had some challenges with Brighte application and Parr's have been helpful and patient in assisting with options. Very happy with products and professionalism, Andre in particular has gone above and beyond. Do yourself a favour and choose Parr's.
The team promptly arrived on the day I reported the fault and informed me that the hot water unit required parts. They returned the following day to resolve the issue. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service provided and cannot thank you enough for delivering such high-quality assistance.

I phoned Parr's 8am on a Monday morning because our Heat Pump/AirCon wouldn't go. After a brief chat on the phone it was decided that a technician was needed - he arrived 9:30am , that day! He showed me how the outside unit had cooked itself, & shortly after emailed a quote to replace the parts. The Invoice for attendance, diagnosis & quote was very reasonable.
