The technician was extremely knowledgeable; he found the problem and fixed it. He kept me informed along the way and was very polite. He provided excellent customer service.
Parr's had a technician out to take a look at my faulty heat pump quickly, a surprise when it's the middle of winter and no doubt they are busy. The technician was pleasant, professional and diagnosed the problem well (and in the rain too). I wont hesitate to call them again next time.
Had my heat pump serviced today and was really impressed. Quoting, booking & follow up with reception was excellent as was the service work provided with the unit - both inside & outside left spotless. I note that they are sponsors for TEN LIVES CAT CENTRE & lots of other community services. It was a pleasure to deal with a very professional, reliable & caring Company. Judy Jackson
