Sam and Jay, I totally agree with u both and u know what a lot of people have moved outta here too. But that's what these managers want u to do anyway so they can hike up the space rent once the next tenant moves in. I don't know if they get commission or something when the rent goes up, but it seems like they try to make the place look nice on the outside to attract newcomers then they provide crappy customer service so tenants move out so they could charge new tenants a higher rent.
