The team here at Parque on Park are amazing. I’ve enjoyed my time here and Daine has been great as the new property manager.
5 star reviews by profiles that have only 1 review total that have "suddenly" appeared in the last 3 weeks are a bit sketch. I've lived here since Parque opened and Mondofi owned it. New renters should be aware that the rent now has increased about 300-400$ when new management took over in 2023 and parking price has doubled. Car share was removed. We are very impressed with Capreit management. The residents portal app is easy to use, communication is forthcoming on a regular basis. The few times we input a maintenance request, the response was immediate and the issue resolved in a timely fashion. The building is well kept the staff very friendly and helpful. The have community activities on a fairly regular basis, enabling us to meet fellow residents and provides for a great sense of community .
Great location, nice gym, and pet friendly! Management is very responsive. Enjoyed living here!
