The noise disturbances from the rooftop are extremely disruptive to say the least. People constantly moving around furniture at all hours of the night literally shaking our top floor unit. Definitely not renewing due to noise and lack of action from management.
Parque Kirkland is such a cool building! The rooftop lounge is super cute, and the resident events add a fun touch. Loved the app-controlled window tint, so unique! Alexandria was so sweet and made the tour a breeze.
As a local living in Kirkland, I stop by the nearby coffee shops often—especially Five Stones—and finally decided to tour Parque Kirkland. The building is beautiful, with a modern feel and great energy. Alex was warm and welcoming during the tour. So glad I checked it out!
Toured Parque Kirkland with Alex and was really impressed. The rooftop views of Lake Washington are amazing, and everything you need is walkable—shops, parks, coffee, all close by. Alex was super helpful and friendly. As a dad, I also appreciated that it’s in a great school district. Definitely a strong option for us!
