Paid $5 for parking. There’s no guest or tour parking. Closes at 5, came here at 4, no one is inside the office. Called the leasing office, no one picks up, I call the property manager, no one answers. Extremely disappointing that I paid just to be ignored. For a luxury apartment, this is a concern and red flag if you want to live here since they have unresponsive management and they leave the office earlier than the time listed.
Moving to the area soon and toured several apartments around the Kirkland and Bellevue area. Alex was very personable and welcoming for my tour. She showed me the exact apartment I was interested in and a few others a well. The location is great and the place is very modern and quiet. Application process was easy and communication with Alex was fast regarding the approval process and move in date. Looking forward to the move.
Alex and the rest of the staff that run this building do an incredible job. Nicest building in downtown kirkland – very professional, clean, and a nice homey touch!
