City Center Apartment on-site management is excellent, however the policies dictated by the corporate office reflect negatively on life at the complex. Apartment rules do not allow for more than one access key per person. This is a major inconvenience if you use more than one set of keys. The reduced rent rate to attract new tenants does not balance out other inconveniences caused by the lack of available services and continued construction.
