Im writing this review for the Bloor West location as it's not showing up on Google yet. I've been into this location 2 x and both times was made to feel "subpar" by the associates. Majority of items are polyester, made to look half decent with the wooden hanger appeal. Selection is limited and geared towards a mom who wants to look chic and hip. I will not be going back to this SUBPAR store!
First time walking into this store and I was immediately taken care of. There were lots of options, fashion was on point, and most importantly customer service was top notch. I walked out with a fabulous new work outfit for summer. Highly recommend checking out the location at St. Clair because Becky and Alissa will take care of you!
The staff here are rude and unhelpful, refuse to explain anything like refunds or answer questions about the product - which I can see now is because they are trying to scam you based on these other reviews. They follow you around like security but won't provide any help with anything you need. Very uncomfortable experience. Made me feel like a criminal. Biggest scam ever !!! Never wore the clothes again just washed them at delicate and already deformed!! I want a refund now !!!
