I had taken my car to a mechanic and then to an automatic transmission specialist neither of whom were able to fix the problem of why the car was kangaroo hopping when it was cold. After months of travelling backwards and forward between these people, Alex at Paro's spent 5 minutes, popped the bonnet and pointed to the problem then directed me to Wollongong Auto Supplies who then provided the necessary part immediately. I am most impressed by the business ethics of this mechanic. I can see why their reviews are so great!! Alex and Helen went above and beyond to help me!!! The other thing that impressed me was the way Alex explained things to me in a way that I would understand. Thank you so much for all your help Paro's auto repairs!!!!! 5 stars for sure!

I can't recommend Alex and the team highly enough! Not only is their work top-notch, but their honesty and integrity truly set them apart. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never push unnecessary repairs, and always treat customers with respect. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy in this line of work.
