Marshall with Parobek Plumbing was very knowledgable and took pride in completing our toilet installation. He patiently waited for additional parts and a different toilet to complete the installation. His customer service skills are excellent and he was ready and able to answer all our questions.

Technician took the time to find the root cause and location of our AC problem. A competitor just tried to sell us a component we ultimately did not need, and would not have solved issue. Glad we paid slightly more to solve the problem correctly the first time.
