Replaced a refrigerator water line valve with Parobek. Our service appointment was delayed by a day, but upon arrival Waylon was friendly, respectful, communicative, helpful and finished the job quickly and professionally.
Anthony, who was very professional and friendly, did a great job explaining what could be done to bring our HVAC unit up to par and then completing the extensive work. He asked if we had any discount coupons, which we did, but had forgotten about, and we really appreciated that. We will absolutely continue to call Parobek for any HVAC issue.
