Contacted Parnell Workshop at short notice to have my brakes fixed. I explained we were travelling back to Gisborne.They were able to get me in immediately, the super excellent service and the excellent customer service are beyond words. My vehicle was ready on agreed time, I really appreciate all that was done for me. I highly recommend Parnell Workshop as the place to go in Auckland. I was delighted to hear from a neighbour that there was a place close to me that would reliably carry out WOF test on my Honda Jazz. I was dreading driving through the traffic to Newmarket. Jack at Parnell Workshop was pleasant and helpful - yes he could fit me in the very next morning - and he did just that! I had the Jazz to him by around 8.30 am and he called me an hour or so later to say the job was done and I could pick it up at my leisure. Had an excellent experience with Parnell Workshop for my recent WOF, service, and general maintenance. The team was super efficient and what really stood out was how they took care of getting my wheel alignment sorted same day through a nearby tyre shop - saving me the hassle of organising it myself. These guys are just fabulous. Just super helpful and always do good quality work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my annual service and warrant and repairs.
