very slow to respond - trying to get service is painful! service department is SLOW to respond at best!
Negligence in constructing my in ground swimming pool. Currently awaiting a disciplinary hearing by the NC Licencing Board for General contractors for multiple violations. They have also had mine as well as others FB reviews deleted inorder to make their reviews more appealing. Covered by the news twice and they still have not cometely restored my property. Currently in a Terrible Experience with Parnell Pool and Spa. See my Profile picture so that you are aware of the Gross Negligence conducted by Parnell Pool and Spa, who has stores in Fayetteville and Lumberton, NC, due to their lack of planning and execution in the placement of my in ground swimming pool. The issues was identified on 9JUN15 and the City issues a Stop work order on 23JUN15.
