There is nothing to say but exceptional things to say about Parnell Family Eye Care! They are courteous and friendly and professional always putting customers first! They never forget to follow up or keep you up to date on appointments, prescriptions and care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Simply the best!
They currently aren’t taking any new patients, but I’ll be checking back yearly before our eye exams are due! I called today to see if I could get a medical eye appointment and she not only LISTENED to me, heard me, took the time to ask a Dr.’s opinion on the course of action I should take, AND told me to go ahead into a DIFFERENT optometrist that takes walk ins just to make sure I was going to be okay over the weekend. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a shout out!
My daughter has been receiving care here since they opened, and I have been consistently impressed with the wonderful staff, particularly Dr. Jeff and Dr. Robin, who are truly exceptional. I also became a patient this year because of their outstanding reputation.
They do not accept Medicaid be warned when you go in you will pay out of pocket
