I have had the best experience talking to Ciera she's a very sweet and caring person. We have been on and off the phone most of the day. She's been try to help me with a situation and find the correct Attorney. One of the Attorney's at the office is also working with Ciara to help find a solution to my problem. It is so sad that after years of choosing Parnall law, they Grown so big that they have lost sight of what made them good. They have represented me, my son, and family members recommended by me with a least 10 different cases The last case they represented me with, I got a completely different service. Very professional and caring staff, and were there to listen and understand. Jessica gave her all plus some, and never missed a beat, a call, and even checked in with us. Sheneille was upbeat, and on the ball. Both always took our calls, and unless they were in a meeting, never had to leave a message. Una worked her butt off.
