Parmly is such a beautiful facility and have a strong leadership team that truly cares for the best interest of the residents. They also have fun and engaging activities every day for the residents!
Parmly administration KNOW about their failures. They've responded to previous reviews, yet have not made changes. This place is absolutely horrible, and that barely covers it. Nursing staff treated my relative horribly and they are SO mean to patients! Just a complete lack of empathy for their patients. PLEASE do not bring your loved ones here. Look up their state violations. The room was not cleaned before the patient arrival, physician-ordered services were not provided, and patients were left waiting for help for over an... read more
Avoid!!!!! Choose any other facility. You do not want a loved one here. Significant failures like not connecting vital supplies are a major issue.
The people that works there at night are kinda mean to people and they all away lose your meal ticket and you do not get your clothes back at all.
