On Feburary,10,2025, I went to my appointment as a new Medicaid patient for a TB test. Before I went to the visit I call the office to ask them do they have the blood test for TB and the lady told me that the doctor said to come in anyway because he wants to talk to you, get there for the doctor to tell me to do a physical exam I will have to pay out of pocket, and I said am only getting the TB test and he said you could of went to urgent care and your insurance don't cover physical exam and I ask how much is it and not resp... read more
Dr Aujla is an excellent internist, very caring with each patient. The wait time is often long but he is super careful and extremely thorough when it comes to your turn in his office. He listens and answers questions and will look into it if he does not have the answer yet. In my experience he is conscientious about ordering and followup of all medical tests, Bloodwork etc. Although he IS difficult to understand verbally, he is always willing to repeat himself when asked to. As a former patient of the most excellent Dr. Alpana Goswami, I took for granted Dr. Aujla would be a suitable replacement. I was mistaken. Aside from the billing issues I experienced post transition, the quality of care is almost non-existent. Dr Aujla is difficult to understand/slurring, and lax at continuity of care regarding necessary and recommended testing milestones. Very rude doctor and very heard to understand . Only thinks about money Never come back
He was very rude and incentive. He did not listen my questions and concerns .He also dosen't have knowledge of basic medical care.I would not recommend this practice to any patients .
This visit was complete waste of time and money. Very hard to understand what he is saying. Had to make an appointment with another doctor to deal with my issue.
Dr Aujla have excellent knowledge of medicine and also very good experience to apply that knowledge. His history taking process and examination process is so good that pt feels he is with his own family member not in doctor's office. His bed side manners are excellent. He is never in rush like other doctors. He answers all the question, I have for him before I leaves the examination room. He as always available on wk end and holidays. He is not only a doctor but also a very GOOD man too.
