Horrible Experience. No one spoke a word to me. No one introduced themselves, no one explained what they were doing and not one person washed their hands. I didn't even know "Dr." Banuelos was the Doctor. He was cold and pretty much silent any time I saw him with only saying the words "I don't see any breaks how long do you want to be off work?" He was not thorough and explained NOTHING. Thank God for 2nd opinions and medical professionals who actually care and know what they're doing so i was able to get proper treatment so... read more
Best emergency room i have ever been in. I just love the dr she was so amazing. Never in my life have I ever gone to an emergency room before and the dr have such a passion for people and actually care. Usually doctors treat u like a number but not her she cared and actually asked questions no doctor has ever asked. It's people like her and her amazing nurses that make me have faith in the medical department again. Would highly recommend to everyone.
The doctor and nurses were wonderful when taking care of our 8 year old daughter last Sunday and Monday morning. She had a really bad tooth infection that led the right side of her face to swell.
