They delivered water as scheduled and unfortunately the liner on the new pool started to fall in so the water WAS NOT put in. I paid in full anyway hoping they would come back when liner was repaired and fill the pool. I expected a delivery charge again of course, but I was told I had to pay in full again when I never received the water in the first place. Just no compassion and not really good business at all !!!!! Not even a discounted price was offered. Terrible business practice.

Rich, the driver, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. He even pointed out a simple fix for a few small leaks I had, and it worked perfectly. My pool has been crystal clear ever since. Highly recommend their service!
