We used Parmer’s Water Hauling services (a referral from a friend). From my first contact and conversations with Joe and each of the drivers was a good experience! The driver were professional, help, friendly and knowledgeable. And Joe was very helpful and you get the feeling he cares about providing excellent service. Thank you to ALL at Parmer’s for a good experience!

They delivered water as scheduled and unfortunately the liner on the new pool started to fall in so the water WAS NOT put in. I paid in full anyway hoping they would come back when liner was repaired and fill the pool. I expected a delivery charge again of course, but I was told I had to pay in full again when I never received the water in the first place. Just no compassion and not really good business at all !!!!! Not even a discounted price was offered. Terrible business practice.

I used Parmer Pool Water at the end of July to refill my pool, and I couldn’t be happier! They showed up within an hour of my call—super fast service. Rich, the driver, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. He even pointed out a simple fix for a few small leaks I had, and it worked perfectly. My pool has been crystal clear ever since. Highly recommend their service!
