I will definitely be doing business with this company for a long time. I had some issues with a set of ring tread tires. They checked them out. Without any hassle, what so ever. They stood tall and took great care of me. It's been a long time since I had a company treat me with that much respect. Thank you . I look forward to working with you more.
Service was okay, though I had to walk to the office to have them page the guy who was supposed to be in the shop. My biggest disappointment was the high price. They charged me $40 for mounting, plus a new valve (nothing wrong with the old one), didn't balance it, and, after doing some research later, discovered I could have bought the same tire for $111 less through SimpleTire. Very disappointed with this business. Yes it was Saturday morning. But Google showed they opened at 8am. I only needed someone with a large enough jack to lift my bus and take 1 wheel off of my tag axle and put the spare wheel and tire on. The lady I spoke with was rude and unprofessional to say the least. She told me it will cost $500 to get a mechanic to come to the shop! What? I've tried several places in the area but have yet to find someone who is willing to try to help me.
