Called to get an appointment to install new rims on my car and the person that answered the phone was very unpleasant. Couldn’t get me in until a week later during the day time when everyone works. I said that will not work for me and would call back if anything changes and the person just hung up after I said that. Zero professionalism. Called Friday March 6th around 4:30.
Brought my 2000 BMW 328i for an overheating issue. Told them check through the cooling system thoroughly called me back and told me it was a broken clutch fan. Reminder to everyone reading this including PARMENTERS, I work on the car fixing little things here and there almost every day. I love working on BMWS. The clutch fan WAS NOT BROKEN. And I fell for your inexperienced robbery. I have a video of the car the day before for insurance purposes because I WILL BE GETTING A REFUND.
