We are also a full service auto and heavy truck repair facility with state of the art laser alignment equipment for both cars and tractor trailers. Some other services we offer are state inspections, air conditioning service, towing, brakes, tune-ups, diagnostics and all maintenance.

Had my fuel pump fail on my Blazer, used AAA for a tow and they sent over Parmenter’s towing service. AAA estimated a wait time of 75 minutes, but the tow driver called and told me he’d be there in 20 and verified all of my information. Jesse P was doing the tow and was super patient with waiting for me to come out. I am an Uber driver from Pittsburgh and took a rider on a very long trip right on the border of Pa and NY. I needed to charge my EV, which is how I ended up in Horseheads. As soon as I started my long trip home, I realized I had a flat tire. I rent a car through Uber and Hertz and long story, short, was having a very difficult time getting them to maintain the vehicle, namely they literally gave it to me with bald tires. Never bringing my car here, they lie and dont do the work
Horrible shop… bought a car from Raymond Benjamin who works here and did all the repairs there…. Thermostat replaced in January already shot, serpentine belt, belt needs replacing after 8 months, they replaced oil pan and left so much oil on the car it looked like it was leaking oil for months …. Do not deal with RAYMOND BENJAMIN he is a crook
They have worked on my vehicles many times always good quick service. Ray at the desk is always on point with information and friendly
